Good ambience, clean, especially their toilet is great! Highly recommended if you wanna have a good time while enjoying the gelato.

New place Steak Resto, or Meat market, also coffee shop and gelato. Fresh design, and still soft opening. Recommend to have pandan teler blend, and also wagyu medium well with extra rub.

I tried this restaurant with my little family since I wanted steak for dinner. One thing I noticed when entering this place was that the ambiance was cozy yet lively. A super friendly waiter welcomed us and told us to directly order the food to the cashier before having our seats. The toilet on the second floor was super clean and spacious. We ordered two portions of Australian striploin (medium rare with original sauce for my husband and well done with mushroom sauce for me) (Rp99,000), chicken katsu rice for my daughter (Rp49,000), onion ring (Rp35,000), sweet spicy wings (Rp59,000), cold chamomile yuzu tea (Rp42,000), and strawberry gelato in a cone (Rp30,000). These prices have included service charges and tax. Since they had a promo, we got an apple coconut and strawberry milk gelato milkshake for free. I love my well-done steak and its mushroom sauce, though I still had some red parts in the middle. My husband extremely enjoyed his medium-rare steak and repeatedly praised it since it met his expectations of how medium-rare steak should be. We also immediately loved the spicy chicken wings. They were not overly spicy; just a tad hot to still be enjoyable to indulge in. The outer batter was also not so thick that we couldn't taste the chicken meat. The chicken meat itself was tender, yet some of them still had red parts in the middle. My husband also fancied the onion rings. They were perfectly coated; not too thin and not too thick. I personally loved the chamomile yuzu tea; it was not sweet and I could still taste the yuzu which was not overpowering the whole flavor. The strawberry milk gelato milkshake was not too sweet, so it was still delightful to drink. However, the only thing that felt off was the apple coconut. It didn't taste like the real coconut water as we initially expected. The strawberry gelato tasted exactly like strawberry juice, so it was more sour than sweet. We'd like to visit this restaurant again in the future to try other types of steak and gelato. Very recommended.

Quite a surprise to find out the steaks and such on provided at the not-so-hotplate, however, the taste is amazing. A good choice to a niche’ market. I was there at the second floor, try to order another snack from the first floor, however I must do it directly, cant do through the waitress. Quite a work for such a lazy lady like me. Hahahaha After all, a good niche’ market, worth to try!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Lustro. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no extra charges for PB1 or service. The only minor suggestion I have is to update the tissue storage to better match the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Update on 03 Aug 2025 The initial minor suggestion I had was to update the tissue storage, and I'm happy to report they've since done so. It's great to see a restaurant so responsive to feedback!

This place is so cozy and serves one of the best gelatos in Mataram. I enjoyed it so much that I spent two out of my four days in Mataram here.

This establishment truly deserves five stars or more! The steak was probably the most delicious I've ever had in Mataram. Their gelato was also perfect, they came in various flavors. They also gave us bonuses, such as free gelato and a platter of croissants. The interior was cozy, spacious, and quiet. I love that it was kids friendly with a playground on the upper level and very clean toilet. All the staffs were also super kind and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the town!
